Eeeesh, what a weekend. I had some problems with my asthma and my kids got sick. So yeah, not much posting. I will hopefully get back to it tomorrow.

I hope you are (all) feeling better! Have you noticed (until over the weekend) your asthma being any better since you've kicked dairy? jw. I am boarderline but I haven't had any major problems in about 3 months.
Question:
A friend of mine asked me if there was a vegan alternative you can buy at stores for Cottage Cheese. Like Tofutti has the Cream Cheese. Do you know of one?
I am allergic to dairy, so I can't tell ya anything there.My problems are thyroid related.Thanks though, we are all feeling much better.
I have never seen a vegan cottage cheese, but I have never had very good access to those sorts of things.
