Mmmmm, I made these with the recipe from Vegan with a Vengeance for Raspberry Blackout Cake with Ganche-y frosting. Someone tell me why I made these now that I have gone on a "diet" and there are no kids here to eat them. Good thing I halved the recipe!

Because that's how diets work! But if you're doing well, you can treat yourself occasionnally! I had a little piece of brownie yesterday and then brought the rest to work, where other people gobbled the calories up instead of me ;)

Thanks for the compliments. I am actually proud of myself, I didn't devour them all in one day. It took several. Plus, they were so good my boyfriend ate several too.
